Stretch mode forces the image to exactly match the target dimensions, which may distort the aspect ratio.

For most social media use cases, Cover mode produces the best results because platforms expect images to fill the entire allocated space. However, if your image contains critical content near the edges, Contain mode preserves everything visible with a clean background fill.
